Kanchan Corner

Kanchan Corner is located right in the Kanchan Ganga Apartment building. We are part of Haribhakti Colony, sitting near the Haribhakti Race Course Post Office. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city markets, but we stay busy with the local residents. We’ve been here in Asoj for a good number of years. The shop is small and serves as a convenient stop for people living in the apartments or those coming to the post office nearby. We stock a bit of everything that a household might run out of suddenly. It’s mostly just one or two of us working here at any time. We know the names of almost everyone who walks through the door because they are our neighbors. The morning hours are usually the busiest when people are heading out for work or school. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing plan. We just open the shutters and wait for people to come in. The shelves are a bit disorganized sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we enjoy the daily chats with the regulars. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when things are slow. It’s just a regular neighborhood shop doing its part in Haribhakti Colony. We like the pace of things here and wouldn't really change much about how we operate.
