We are located at 181 Sun City, right across from Ambe School on Darbar Chowkdi Road in Manjalpur. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the school, so it’s easy to tell people where to find us. Being in the Sun City area is nice, though it gets quite busy when the school lets out and the parents are all picking up their kids. Our office is where all the planning happens before we head out to the civil sites. We deal with a lot of the structural stuff that people don't really think about until there’s a problem. Most of our day is spent looking at site reports or arguing with subcontractors about schedules. It’s not a glamorous job. You end up with mud on your boots and a lot of gray hair from the stress of deadlines. But we’ve been doing this in Manjalpur for a long time and we know how things work around here. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished firm. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and fix things. We use simple tools, follow the rules, and try to make sure every job is done the right way. If there’s a mistake, we fix it and move on. That’s the only way to stay in business this long. It’s just us, doing our thing on Darbar Chowkdi Road. It’s a long road, and we’ve seen plenty of changes along it, but we’re still here.
