Vijay Computers

Vijay Computers is located inside the Glacier Commercial Complex on Jetalpur Road here in Vadodara. We actually share the space with Akshay Shah Co., who are chartered accountants. It is an interesting mix, having computer work going on in the same suite as all that tax and accounting stuff. We are up on the third floor, specifically in units 308 to 312. If you have been to Jetalpur Road, you know it is a pretty busy commercial hub with a lot of people moving around. We handle all sorts of computer-related things, mostly repairs and helping people fix their office systems. It isn't a big retail store with neon signs or big displays. It feels more like a workspace where we sit with motherboards and screens spread out on the desks. We get a lot of people from the nearby offices coming in when their laptops act up or their printers stop working. Since we are in an office building, it is a bit quieter than a street-side shop, which is nice for concentrating on technical problems. Vadodara has changed a lot over the years, but this area remains a core part of the business district. We spend our hours troubleshooting software or fixing hardware issues while the CAs next door do their bookkeeping. It is a practical arrangement that works for us. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. People just walk in, tell us what is wrong with their PC, and we see if we can fix it. It is just honest technical work done in a shared office environment.
