Jet Airways

Up here in Vadodara, our office is over in Siddharthnagar, specifically at E/3 on Gorwaroad. It is in the Panchvati area, which is a fairly well-known part of town. This isn't the airport itself, just the place where we handle a lot of the back-end stuff and people coming in with questions about their flights or tickets. It is a simple office setup with desks pushed together and a lot of paper everywhere. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to fix booking errors or explaining baggage rules to people who aren't very happy about them. The Vadodara heat can be really something, so we are always glad to be inside with the fans going. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we just try to get through the queue one by one. There is a small shop nearby where we get our snacks, and the area is usually busy with scooters and cars going by. It is just a regular job for us, really. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just making sure the flight details are correct and that people get their boarding passes or refunds when things go wrong. Most of the staff has lived in Baroda for a long time, so we know the local shortcuts and the best places to eat around here. It is a decent place to work, even if the phones never stop ringing throughout the day.
