Our office for Jet Airways is located on Waghodiya Road in Vadodara. It’s a busy road with a lot of shops and houses all around. We aren't in a big airport building here. Instead, it’s a standard office where we handle the local side of the business. The space is filled with desks and a few computers that have definitely seen better days. We don’t have any fancy signs or expensive lighting inside. It’s just a place where we come to get the job done. The staff here knows the airline business well, even if we are just working in a local branch. Most of our day is spent answering questions and dealing with various travel documents. It can get a bit repetitive but that’s just the nature of this kind of work. We don't use any big words or marketing fluff to describe what we do here. We just work on the logistics and customer stuff as it comes in to us. The traffic on Waghodiya Road can be a bit of a headache during the evenings, but we are all used to it by now. Sometimes people walk in looking for information, and we just tell them what we know. It’s a very grounded way of working for everyone. We don’t have a corporate mission hanging on the wall. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything is handled correctly before we go home.
