We are located on the eighth floor of Devashish Tower. Most people in Baroda know the Natraj Cinema, and we are right near that landmark in Pratapgunj. Being up in room 802 gives us a bit of a view, though mostly it’s just the tops of other buildings and the busy streets below. It gets pretty hot in Baroda, so being up high helps a little with the breeze if the windows are open. We’ve been here for a good while. People come in looking for help with their flights or checking on their bookings. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we can get the computers running and talk to customers. Sometimes the lift in the tower takes a bit of time, so you have to be patient. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and old maps. It’s a busy atmosphere because travel never really stops. Even when things get quiet, there is always some filing to do or a phone ringing from someone at the airport. We know the area well and like being near the cinema because it’s easy for people to find. We aren't trying to do anything flashy. It is just about getting the tickets sorted and making sure the names are spelled right. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town and we like it that way because it feels real.
