We are based over in Rewa Park Society, specifically at Punchum Park on Waghodia Road. It’s a decent area in Vadodara, and we’ve been working from here for a good bit now. Mostly, we deal with travel stuff and flights. It’s a lot of looking at computer screens and talking to people about where they need to go. Some days are slower than others. We get people coming in looking for tickets or asking about delays. You know how it is with travel, things change all the time and schedules get messed up. We have to keep up with all the updates and make sure we don't miss anything important for the travelers. It’s a small office, nothing too grand or fancy. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of tea to keep us going through the long afternoons. The traffic on Waghodia Road can be a bit much sometimes, especially in the evenings, but we’re used to it. We just focus on getting the work done. People trust us to get their bookings right, so we try our best not to make mistakes. It’s a lot of detail work, checking dates and names over and over again. Sometimes the internet goes down and we just have to wait it out. We don’t have any big slogans or any marketing plans. We just come in, do the work, and go home like everyone else. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the local community in this part of town.
