Jaysomnath -L&T Ltd.(Ecc Div)

We operate out of D-5 Akshar Duplex in the Manjalpur area of Vadodara. Our office is right across from the Shrihari Party Plot on the GIDC Road. It is a bit of a mix of a residential and commercial vibe around here. Since we are linked with the L&T ECC division through the Jaysomnath name, we deal with a lot of engineering and construction-related paperwork and coordination. The duplex setup is quite comfortable, much better than being stuck in a huge, cold office building downtown. You can see people going about their business on GIDC Road all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans for various projects. Vadodara is a city that is constantly growing, so there is always some new construction happening somewhere. We are not a big shop with storefront displays. Most of what we do involves coordination and making sure the technical side of things is handled correctly for the division. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple projects have deadlines at the same time, but we just take it one day at a time. The landmark of the party plot makes it easy for visitors to find us, which is helpful because the interior roads in Manjalpur can get a little confusing if you are not from around here. We have been in this spot for a while now and feel like part of the neighborhood.
