You can find us at Tarsali 8. Jayraj Mobile Shop has been a part of this street for a long time. It’s a small space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. Tarsali is a busy neighborhood, and there is always someone walking by. We get a lot of foot traffic from people living nearby. Our main thing is just helping people with their mobile phones. Whether it’s a hardware issue or something with the software, we take a look and do what we can. We don’t have a massive team, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. The shop is often a bit cluttered with boxes and parts, but that’s just the nature of the work. We don't put on any acts here. It’s a very down-to-earth place. Sometimes we have tea with the customers while they wait for a quick fix. It makes the day go by faster. We’ve seen phones change a lot over the years, from the old button ones to the big touchscreens everyone has now. We’ve had to learn as we go. It’s a practical business. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep the shop running and help the folks in Tarsali with their tech problems. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
