Our office is located at Silver Oak Apartment on Productivity Road in Akota. We’re in B-2, and the State Bank of India is right nearby, so that’s a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Productivity Road is usually humming with traffic, but the apartment complex itself is a bit more tucked away. It’s a simple place where we manage our travel business. We’ve got a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. A lot of our day is spent on the mobile phone, talking to drivers and making sure they’re not stuck in traffic somewhere. We handle a lot of different types of bookings, mostly for people in the Akota area who need to get to the airport or go out of station for a few days. The office isn't very big, but it’s where all the planning happens. We keep the vehicle keys on a board by the door and have a big map on the wall. It’s not a high-tech setup, just some basic computers and a lot of notebooks. We like being in this part of Vadodara because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. Most of our customers are just regular people from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We just show up every day, open the office, and get to work.
