Our shop is located in the Gangotri Complex, which is on Gotri Road right across from the Yash Complex. It’s a good spot, though the stairs can be a pain when we’re carrying heavy samples. We have stacks of ceramic tiles and bathroom fittings all over the place. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room to walk, but we know where everything is. People come in looking to fix up their kitchens or bathrooms, and we just show them what we have in stock. It’s not a high-end boutique; it’s a place where you can find tiles that actually work for a normal house. I spend a lot of time moving boxes and talking to contractors who are in a hurry. The dust from the ceramics gets on everything, so I’m always wiping down the displays. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. If a tile is chipped, we tell you. If we don't have enough of a certain color, we say so. It’s just easier to be honest about what’s on the shelves. My brother helps out on the weekends when it gets busy. We’ve seen a lot of shops come and go on Gotri Road, but we’ve managed to stay put at number 52 for quite some time now. It’s hard work on the legs, standing on these hard floors all day, but it’s our business and we take it as it comes. We just hope you find what you need.
