You can find Jay Ambe Info Systems on the second floor of the Pataleshwar Complex. It is Plot No- 201. We are right near the Kirtistambh Circle, which is usually quite a crowded area. We’ve been working out of this office for a good while. We mostly deal with computer systems and software issues that local businesses run into. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens, but we also go out when someone's server acts up. The office gets a bit dusty with all the old towers and cables lying around. We try to stay organized, but work gets busy and the piles of paperwork grow. People usually come up the stairs looking for help with a slow laptop or a broken printer. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy coffee. Just some chairs and a lot of screwdrivers. It’s a practical business. We know the other shop owners in the complex pretty well. Kirtistambh Circle is a landmark everyone knows, so we just tell people to look for that. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, but that's just how it is. We keep spare parts on the shelves just in case someone needs an emergency fix. It's a simple operation, really. We aren't looking to grow into a giant company. We just like solving the problems that walk through the door and keeping the computers in the area running. Our desk fans are always on because it gets stuffy up here on the second floor.
