We are set up over in Sayajigun, right on J P Marg. It is one of those spots that never really stays quiet. If you know the area, you know how the traffic is. We spend most of our day looking at small screens or talking to people about their data plans. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the time, it's just us behind the glass counter. People come in with cracked screens or phones that won't charge, and we see what we can do. It is a lot of fiddling with tiny screws and cables. Sometimes the shop gets crowded when a few people arrive at once, and everyone has to wait their turn near the door. We don’t have fancy chairs or a waiting lounge, just a simple place to get your phone sorted. J P Marg is a good place to be because there is always something happening outside. We see the same faces every day, people going to work or grabbing tea nearby. We try to keep things organized, but with all the chargers and boxes, it gets a bit messy sometimes. That's just how it goes in a telecom shop. We have been here long enough that the locals know where to find us when their tech starts acting up. No big corporate vibes here, just a regular local shop.
