Jai Sai Travels

Our office is tucked away in A 2 Vadodara in Chandan Nagar. It’s on Kharadi Road, right behind the RTO, so it’s actually a pretty easy place to find once you know where you’re going. We’re directly opposite Paras Society and near Sukhmani Society, which is a nice little landmark for us. Running a travel desk like Jai Sai Travels means things are always moving. Phones ring a lot, and people come in asking about bus timings or car rentals. It’s a small space, mostly just some chairs and a desk covered in papers and keys. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure everyone is where they should be. Pune traffic is always a headache, so we spend half our day checking maps and talking about road closures. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning till late. Sometimes customers come in just to chat while they wait for their ride. We have a tea stall nearby that makes the best chai, which helps on those long afternoons. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the logbooks, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the fancy corporate thing. We just try to get people from one place to another without too much trouble. It's a simple business, really.
