Jagat Telecom

Our place is on Padra Road in the Shashtrinagar area, which is a pretty busy part of town. Jagat Telecom isn't a very large shop, but we’ve managed to fit a lot into the space we have. We spend most of our hours dealing with mobile repairs and selling small accessories like earphones and memory cards. The street outside is always full of traffic, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background while we work. We don't have a big corporate team behind us, just a couple of people who know their way around a smartphone. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we expect, especially if the parts are hard to find. We try to be upfront about how long it will take. People from Shashtrinagar often stop by while they’re out doing their other errands. It’s a convenient spot for them to pay their bills or get a new screen protector put on. The shop floor is often covered in little bits of plastic or packaging that we have to sweep up at the end of every day. We’ve been here for a few years now and have seen the neighborhood grow. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We don't go in for fancy displays; we just put the products on the shelves and hope people find what they need. It’s just a regular local telecom shop serving the folks around Padra Road.
