Our shop, J P Infotech, is on the second floor of the Konark Complex. We are at Sf/209, which is right near Ambalal Park at the Char Rasta in Karelibaug. It’s a good spot, though the parking in the complex can be a headache sometimes. We’ve been operating out of this room for quite a while now. It’s packed with monitors, old towers, and boxes of cables that we really should organize better. Most of us here started out just liking computers and turned it into a job. We handle the day-to-day tech issues that people in Karelibaug run into. It could be a broken laptop screen or a printer that refuses to work. We don’t have a big corporate office or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't currently under a desk fixing a wire. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders, but we make it work. The light coming in from the window isn't great, but the overheads do the job. We spend our days troubleshooting and drinking tea from the stall downstairs. We’ve known the other shop owners in Konark Complex for years. It’s a community of small businesses just trying to get through the week. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, just the one that’s here when someone’s computer dies on them.
