J C Technical Services

Working out of 126 Karelibaug, specifically at Nrusinha Sadan in Anand Nagar, keeps us pretty busy. We are right by the Water Tank Road, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find J C Technical Services. Our space is filled with wires, testers, and various bits of machinery that people bring in. It’s not the neatest place you’ve ever seen. There are usually three or four projects going on at once on the main workbench. We deal with technical issues that take a bit of patience to figure out. Some days we spend hours just staring at a circuit board or a motor trying to see where the fault is. It can be frustrating when parts don't arrive on time, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. The building itself is older, and you can hear the neighbors going about their business through the walls. We have a small desk where the phone sits, and it rings more often than you’d think. Most people who come in are from the local area and they know us by name. We don’t use any fancy talk or try to act like we know more than we do. We just take the tools out and get to it. It’s a lot of sitting under bright desk lamps and squinting at small screws. By the time evening rolls around, we’re usually tired but ready to lock up and head back home.
