You can find us over at B-50 in Bhavani Society, which is on Watertank Road in the Karelibaug area. We are right opposite Avkar Hall and quite close to Dr Kaka Laboratory, so it is a pretty easy spot to locate if you are familiar with this part of Vadodara. Being inside a society makes it feel a bit different from a main road shop. It’s a bit quieter here, though you still hear the local noises of the neighborhood. Our office is basically just a room where we keep our computers and all the travel documents. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people who stop by. It isn't a high-end setup with glass walls or anything like that. We have some old fans that creak a bit, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We mostly deal with people from Karelibaug and the nearby societies. It’s nice because we see the same faces often. We handle the usual stuff like tours and travel bookings without making a big deal out of it. We don't have a marketing team or anything; it’s just us doing the work every day. Sometimes we get busy and the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually finish a cup of tea while we wait for the next person to walk in.
