Our setup is in Kishan Complex, specifically in room B 305. We are right across from Yash Complex on Gotri Road in Vadodara. It is a busy part of town with a lot of shops and offices around us. This is where we handle the engineering and construction side of our business. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards and people talking about site progress. We aren't really into the whole corporate image thing; we just need a functional space to get the job done. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and project charts. Gotri Road is a good location for us because it’s easy for the staff to get to. We have a small pantry where we make tea, which is pretty much the fuel for the afternoon. Sometimes the elevator in the complex acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We deal with a lot of technical details every day, making sure the math is right for the structures we are working on. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we have a rhythm down. The office isn't always perfectly tidy, especially when we have big deadlines, but everything is where it needs to be. We just focus on the engineering tasks and making sure the construction projects stay on track without making too much of a fuss.
