Inteq It Services (India) Pvt. Ltd is based over at A-1, Rajeshwari Society in Vadodara. We’re near the Shaktikrupa area on R.V. Desai Road. It’s a quiet enough spot for a Gujarat office. We deal with IT services, which sounds broad, but mostly we just help people with their computer systems and software problems. We aren't some massive call center; we’re just a local team sitting in a residential society office. It’s nice because it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate environment. We have windows that look out onto the street, and we know the folks who live nearby. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always some code to write or a server to look after. We don't use a lot of big words to explain what we do. If your system is broken, we try to fix it. If you need something built, we try to build it. We’ve been in Vadodara for years and have seen the city grow around us. We aren't looking to conquer the world or anything, just doing good work for our clients and making sure our staff is happy. We take tea breaks together and usually talk about cricket or the local news. It’s a very down-to-earth place to work. We just try to be honest about what we can do and then putting in the hours to get it finished without making things too complicated.
