Indigo Airlines

We are over at C-21 in Pavitra Township, right by the Maneja Crossing here in Baroda. Most people just know us for the planes and the blue colors, but this small office is where we handle the day-to-day stuff on the ground. It is a busy spot most of the time. The traffic at the crossing can be a bit much during rush hour, but we have been here for a while now and we are used to it. We spend our time dealing with bookings and people walking in to ask about flights or trying to fix their travel dates. It is mostly desk work and talking to folks who have questions. Sometimes the office gets pretty crowded, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone in town is trying to go somewhere at the same time. We have a few desks set up and the layout is quite simple. No fancy lobby or anything like that, just a functional place to get travel things sorted out. My desk is near the window and I see the same rickshaws go by every morning. We try to keep things moving so people do not have to wait too long in the heat. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the township gate and we are right there. It is not a huge office but it works for the neighborhood. We spend a lot of hours on the phones and checking seat availability.
