Our spot is in Vadodara, specifically at 11 Yantrika Society on New Sama Road. It’s a quiet society, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on engineering and project work for Indian Oil Tanking. Most of the people around here are families, so we try to keep things low-key. We handle the technical side of things, like planning and looking over engineering designs for various projects. It’s a lot of desk work, looking at blueprints and making sure the math adds up. The office is basically a house that’s been converted into a workspace. It’s got that Gujarat feel to it—steady and focused. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a cafeteria. Usually, we just order some tea from the shop around the corner and keep working through the afternoon. The New Sama Road area has grown a lot since we first set up here. There are more shops and traffic than there used to be, but once you step inside the society, it’s still pretty calm. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just get the engineering drafts done and make sure the projects stay on schedule. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it long enough to not get rattled when things get a bit complicated with the site plans or the local permits.
