Ideal Communication

You can find Ideal Communication over at Raopura in Jayanthi Nagar, specifically at unit B-1. Raopura is one of those parts of town that feels like it’s been there forever, with its narrow lanes and old buildings. Our shop fits right into that atmosphere. B-1 isn't a massive space, but it’s ours. We’ve got a few glass counters that hold various handsets and accessories, and the floor is a bit uneven in the corner near the door. We spend a lot of time talking to the regulars who come by not just for their phones, but for a bit of a chat about what’s happening in the neighborhood. The air in the shop usually smells a little like incense from the small shrine we keep in the corner. We don't have a polished corporate look with matching uniforms or anything like that. We just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. The street outside can get quite loud with scooters and vendors, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to sit in the dark until it comes back, which is just part of living and working in this area. We’ve got a lot of old chargers and batteries in the back that we keep just in case someone with a really old phone comes in looking for a spare. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us.
