Idea

The office for Idea is located in Vadodara, specifically at C/O Block 6, Flat G-8 in Rail Nagar. This is on Alembic Road, which is a very busy part of the city. Being in a flat means it is not your typical commercial office space. It is a bit more personal and a lot smaller than people expect when they hear the name. The pin code is 390 003. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms of the flat. It is a bit tight when we have a lot of work to do, but we make it work. The building itself is part of a larger residential complex, so there are families living all around us. We try to keep things quiet so we do not bother the neighbors. Alembic Road always has traffic, so there is a constant hum of engines outside the window. We spend our days handling various local tasks and paperwork. It is a simple life here in Rail Nagar. We have a small kitchen area for making tea and that is about it. No big conference rooms or fancy decor. We just use what we have and get through the daily list of things that need to be done. It is a very grounded way to work. Most of us take the bus or ride our scooters to get here every morning. It is just an ordinary office in a regular flat, where we do our daily jobs.
