We started things here back in 1992. It's been quite a while now. Our office is over in the Sainath Tower, specifically on Kharivav Road in the Raopura area of Baroda. Alpesh Bhatt handles the day to day stuff. Mostly we deal with air travel and bookings since we have the IATA setup. The office is small but it gets the job done. People usually come by when they want to plan a trip or just need a ticket sorted out without much fuss. We've seen the city change a lot over the last thirty years. The traffic on Kharivav Road is definitely busier than it used to be. Most of our regulars have been coming to us for decades. They know where to find us. We just sit here, answer the phones, and look at flight schedules. It is not a fancy place with big carpets or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. Being in Gujarat, we get a lot of people looking to go abroad to see family. We handle the paperwork and try to make sure everything is in order. It's a steady rhythm. Some days are quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just keep at it. If you are near Raopura, you can just walk up to the second floor. We are usually there from morning until the evening. That is pretty much how it goes here every day.
