We are located way up in Village Jhirkot. It’s a small place near P.O. Shanti Sadan in the Chamoli district. Living and working out here in Uttarakhand is a lot different than being in a big city. The air is thinner and it gets quite cold in the winter months, so we keep the heaters going. Despite the name saying Vadodara, this is where our actual operations are happening right now. It's a long way from the busy streets of Gujarat. Getting supplies up here takes a bit of time because the roads can be tricky, especially when it rains. We spend a lot of our day just managing things and making sure everything is in order for the people who visit or need help. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place that keeps the wind out. We know the neighbors well and everyone helps each other out when there's a problem with the water or the paths. It’s a simple life here. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy signs. Most people find us because they already know where Jhirkot is or they were told to come see us by someone else. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. It’s quiet, peaceful, and we like it that way even if the internet is slow sometimes. We’re just I T C Welcom out here in the hills.
