Our office is up on the second floor of the VIP View Complex on VIP Road. If you know Karelibaug, you know it can get pretty busy with traffic outside. Inside unit 227, it's a bit more stable. We are Hq Softech and we mostly spend our time staring at screens and writing bits of software. The complex has a few other shops and offices, so there’s always people coming and going. We picked this spot in Vadodara because it’s easy to tell people where we are. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees, just a dedicated group of people who understand how tech works. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and you can see the lights on from the road. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, chairs, and a small area for tea. We don't do those big meetings that last forever. We usually just talk across the room to get things sorted. Being in Gujarat, we appreciate a good work ethic and that’s what we bring here every morning. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the AC is usually running full blast while we work through our lists. We’ve been in this complex for a while now and we like the rhythm of the place. It's a decent spot for a tech team to get their daily work done.
