Hotspot

Hotspot is situated in the V I P View building over in Karelibaug, Vadodara. It is a decent location and we have a good view of the street from the front window. We primarily sell mobile covers, screen protectors, and various small electronic gadgets that people need for their phones. The shop is fairly bright because we have a lot of lights to show off the different case designs. We try to keep a good variety because there are so many different phone models coming out every single month. It is hard to keep up sometimes. Most of our customers live in the apartments nearby, so we see the same faces quite often. I usually spend the mornings cleaning the glass counters and checking the new stock that arrived. It is a bit quiet until the late afternoon when people start finishing their work day. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait for us to apply a new screen guard. We don't have any big advertisements or a marketing team. We just rely on the fact that we are in a convenient spot for the local residents. It is just me and one assistant most days. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. If someone wants to just browse and not buy anything, that is perfectly fine with us. We are just a local shop doing our thing.
