Hotel Surya

This hotel has been in Baroda for a long time. It’s a place where people stay when they are passing through or have work in the city. We have rooms that we try to keep clean and ready for whoever shows up. The lobby isn't huge but it has some chairs that have seen better days. Usually, someone is at the front desk even late at night. Baroda is a busy city and we get all kinds of guests. Some stay for one night, others for a week. We have a routine here with the laundry and the kitchen. It’s not a fancy resort, just a regular hotel for regular people. We spend a lot of time making sure the beds are made and the bathrooms are okay. Sometimes the elevator makes a noise but it works fine for everyone. The staff lives nearby mostly. We know the local area well if anyone needs to find a place to eat at night. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone is checking out at once. We just try to keep things moving. We don’t have a big marketing team, we just run the place ourselves. It can get a bit hectic during the festival seasons because everyone wants a room. But mostly it's just a steady flow of people. We’ve seen the city change around us. New buildings come up, but we are still here doing the same thing every day.
