Hotel Royal

You can find our building over at Navneet Park, right near the S.N.D.T. College on Old Padra Road. The specific address is B/26. It is a very busy part of Vadodara, especially when the college students are out and about and the traffic starts picking up in the late afternoon. We have been running this hotel for quite some time now, and it is a pretty basic, no-frills setup. We have a small entrance area and the rooms are spread out in a way that makes sense for an older building of this type. We spend most of our daily time dealing with the usual sorts of things, like making sure the laundry is done and checking that the water heaters are actually working. It is not a fancy luxury place, just a regular building where people can come to stay for a while. My own desk is usually a bit of a mess with old ledger books and various spare keys. We see a lot of parents who are visiting their children at the college or people who are in town for some kind of business on Old Padra Road. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us trying to keep the place tidy and functional for the guests. The neighborhood has a lot of old trees, which helps a bit with the Gujarat heat. We just keep working away.
