You can find us at the Manjusmruti Complex on New Sama Road. We are quite close to Navrachana School and the EME School area, so we get a lot of families and students coming through. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve settled in quite well here in Vadodara. The restaurant has a quiet feel to it during the mornings, but by evening, the energy picks up quite a bit. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and getting the dough ready. It’s just a handful of us working here, so everyone does a bit of everything. There isn't a lot of standing around. We’ve kept the inside of Hot Stuff Restaurant Baroda simple. There are no big posters or loud music, just a place to eat. Sometimes the rain makes the New Sama Road a bit messy, but people still find their way to us. We’ve got some regular customers from the nearby schools who have been coming here since they were kids. It’s nice to see them grow up and still stop by for a meal. We aren't trying to win any awards; we just want to keep the kitchen running and the customers satisfied. The bills have to be paid and the work has to be done, so we just get on with it every day. It’s a living, and it’s one we’ve grown to appreciate over the years. We hope that when people walk in, they feel like they can just relax for a little while.
