Honesty Toys & Gift Centre

Honesty Toys & Gift Centre is a bit hidden away since we are located in the basement of 9 Sai Vihar Apartment. You can find us right opposite The Emperor in Odhav Gam, which is part of the Fatehgunj area. Being in a basement means people sometimes miss us if they aren't looking, but we have a sign out front. It’s actually quite nice being downstairs because it stays a lot cooler than the shops on the street level. We have toys stacked everywhere—on shelves, in corners, and sometimes even in boxes on the floor if we just got a shipment. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, especially when we have a lot of new gift items coming in. I spend a lot of time organizing things, but with kids coming in and touching everything, it doesn't stay organized for long. That’s just part of running a toy shop, I suppose. We don't have any polished marketing plans or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and see who comes down the stairs. Most of our customers are parents from the Sai Vihar Apartment or the surrounding streets in Fatehgunj. We know most of the kids who come in, and we've seen them grow up over the years. It’s a simple business, and we like it that way. We don't have a big staff, so if I'm busy in the back, people just wait a minute until I can help them.
