Heta Gifts & Stationery

Heta Gifts & Stationery is a shop we run at 1 Shanti Park Complex on Station Road. It is located in Bardoli, specifically on the Surat Padra Road stretch. Being on a main road like this means there is always noise and people moving about. We have a lot of stationery items piled up because students from the nearby areas always need something for their classes. I usually have to spend my afternoons restocking the pens and notebooks because they run out faster than you’d think. Then there are the gifts, which we keep on the higher shelves so they don't get knocked over. The shop isn't very wide, so we have to use every bit of wall space we have. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a delivery of new stock, and we have boxes sitting in the middle of the floor for a few hours. I don't really have a fancy way of describing what we do; we just sell stuff that people in Bardoli need. My family helps out when things get really busy, especially during the start of the school term. We know the other shop owners in Shanti Park Complex pretty well, and we often chat when things are quiet. It’s a practical life, just keeping the shop going day by day and making sure we have what people are looking for. We don't do any big advertising, people just see our sign when they pass.
