Guptaji Emporium & Telecom

We are situated in Makarpura at the ground floor shops, specifically at GF/1-5-6. Guptaji Emporium & Telecom is a bit of a mix of things. We have some general items for sale on one side and then we handle phone recharges and other telecom services on the other side. It might look a little cluttered sometimes, but it works well for the people who live in this area. They can buy things for their home and get their phone sorted out at the same time without going to two different places. The shop is actually quite wide because we use a few units side by side. It is usually at its busiest in the evenings when everyone is coming home from their jobs. We do not have any polished sales talks or anything like that. We just stand behind the counter and help whoever walks in next. Sometimes we have to look through the back room for a while to find something specific that a customer wants. It gets a bit noisy when all the local kids come in at once, but that is fine with us. We have been here long enough that we know most of the people who shop here by name. We do not run any big ads or promotions. We just keep our shelves full and stay ready to help with whatever people need when they stop by.
