Gujarat Liquid Pharmacaps Priavate Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 662 to 666 in G.I.D.C. Waghodia. It’s a big plot of land that gives us enough room to do our work without being on top of each other. The sun beats down on the roof in the summer, making it quite warm inside, but we have fans going all day. We deal with liquid pharmaceuticals, so there’s a lot of checking gauges and making sure pipes aren't leaking. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't spend much time sitting in comfortable chairs. Most of the staff is on their feet, moving boxes or checking the production line. We’ve been part of the Waghodia industrial scene for years. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where everyone understands their role. We don't have any interest in being the biggest or the flashiest company around. We just want to get the orders shipped out to the people who need them. There’s a lot of routine to what we do, from the morning cleanup to the final count at the end of the shift. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a movie. It’s just a real workshop where people work hard and go home tired. We take pride in just doing the work correctly and keeping the machines running smoothly. We don't overthink things, we just keep working and keep the place clean.
