Gujarat Liqui Pharmacaps Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Baroda district, right in the GIDC area of Waghodia. We occupy units 662 through 666. It’s a fairly large space since we need the room for our equipment and the pharmacaps we produce. The GIDC is a busy place, especially during the shift changes. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen many other businesses come and go. Our focus is mainly on the liquid side of things, which keeps us pretty busy. The floors are usually a bit damp from cleaning, and there’s always a faint smell of whatever we’re mixing that day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We don’t have a fancy marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just write down what needs to be done and do it. Most of our workers live in the surrounding villages and come in by bus or cycle. We know most of them by name. The machinery can be loud sometimes, so we have to shout to be heard over the hum. It’s just a normal factory day for us. We make sure the caps are filled right and the bottles are sealed tight. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s a practical way to earn a living in Waghodia and we try to keep things moving as efficiently as we can.
