Gsa-Klm Royal Dutch Airlines

We are located at 7/B Kalyan Nagar Society in Vadodara. It’s right near Kareliebaug, so people find us pretty easily. Most days start with opening up the shutters and checking the computer for KLM flight updates. Being a GSA means we handle a lot of the ground-level ticket stuff that people don't want to do online. The office isn't fancy. There are a few desks, some chairs for people to wait, and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes the tea guy comes by around eleven. We talk to travelers who are heading to Europe or coming back home to Gujarat. It gets a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside near the society gate. We just sit here and sort out the bookings. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to tell the customers to wait a minute. It’s a regular job. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most of us living nearby just walk or take a scooter to get here. There isn't much to say other than we keep the place running. If you walk past the main road near Kareliebaug, you’ll see our sign. It's a small team, maybe just a few of us handling the phones and the walk-ins. We try to keep things organized but sometimes folders get misplaced. It’s just how it goes in a busy office like this one. No fancy decorations, just the airline logos on the wall and some old calendars.
