You’ll find Grace Pharma at Shop No 6 in the Sundervan Complex. We are situated on the Gorwa Main Road, quite close to the Ipcl Circle. Gorwa is a mix of houses and industrial areas, so we get all sorts of people coming in. The main road is always busy with cars and bikes zooming past. Our shop is a pretty standard setup for a chemist and druggist. We have the usual medicine counters and a fridge for the cold-storage items. We aren't part of some big chain; it's just a local business run by people who live nearby. We open up and start the day by cleaning the counters and checking what we need to order for the next day. It’s a lot of routine work. Sometimes people come in with very old prescriptions or they’re looking for something that’s been discontinued, and we have to help them find an alternative. We don't use any fancy language or try to sell people things they don't need. It’s just about getting them the medicine the doctor asked for. The Sundervan Complex has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen businesses come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put. It’s nice to have that stability. We just take things as they come, whether it’s a busy monsoon day or a quiet afternoon in the summer heat. We just keep our heads down and do our work.
