Our branch is located at 18, Amar Adhar Duplex, right across from the Jhalaram Dham Society on GIDC Road in Manjhalpur. Since we are in an industrial and residential mix of Vadodara, we get a lot of different people coming through. It’s a straightforward hotel where we focus on the basics like clean beds and working showers. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Most of our day is spent at the front desk or checking the rooms with the housekeeping team. The GIDC Road can get pretty busy with trucks and commuters, so there’s always noise outside. We are a small part of a much larger group, but on the ground here, it feels like a local operation. We know the guy who delivers the milk and the local mechanics nearby. We try to make things easy for people who are just staying for a night or two on business. There’s a lot of routine involved, from the morning check-outs to the afternoon arrivals. Sometimes the power goes out or the water pressure is low, and we have to jump on it right away. We don’t use much corporate talk in the office; we just say things as they are. It’s a practical place for people who need a spot to sleep without any fuss. We just focus on getting the rooms ready and making sure the keys work.
