We've been at 725 Vishal Nagar in the Tarsali part of Vadodara for a bit now. It's a busy spot but we like it here. People often ask what Geo Design Research actually does. Basically, we handle research and design work. It's not flashy stuff, just day-to-day projects that need doing. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with papers and drawings everywhere. We’ve had a few neighbors drop in over the years just to see what's going on. We try to keep things quiet and just focus on the work at hand. Most of our day is spent at desks or looking over data. If you’re around Tarsali, you might have walked past our building without noticing. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s just us doing our thing. It’s been a learning process running a private limited company, lots of paperwork and rules to follow. But we manage. The team here is small, just a handful of us who’ve known each other a while. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the schedule. That's pretty much it. No big secret to how we operate, just showing up and putting in the hours. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Vadodara, just a steady place to work.
