Genuine Pharma

Our location is on Sun Pharma Road, and we are right near the STD Cancer Hospital. It’s a very busy part of town because of the hospital, so there are always people around. Genuine Pharma has been at this spot for some time now. Being near a big medical facility like that means we see a lot of different people every single day. The traffic on Sun Pharma Road can be a real headache in the evenings, so I usually try to leave a bit later to avoid the worst of it. The shop itself is pretty straightforward. We keep the shelves stocked with what people are looking for. It’s not a large space, but we use every inch of it for storage. I spend a lot of my time answering the phone or talking to people who walk in with questions. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. The hospital nearby definitely dictates how our day goes. When they are busy, we are busy. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team or anything like that. Most people just find us because they are already in the area for the hospital. It’s a practical business in a practical location. Sometimes we run out of certain items, and then we have to call around to find more from our suppliers. It’s just the daily life of running a pharma place on a busy road like this one.
