You’ll find Gannon Dunkerley & Co., Ltd. over in Manjalpur, Baroda. We are at C-197 in the Suryadarshan Township. It’s a decent area, mostly families and small businesses like ours. Our office is a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have so many files. We’ve been here for a good while. Baroda is a nice city to work in, not too fast but not too slow either. The township is usually pretty calm. We have a small staff. We all sit in the same main room, so there’s a lot of chatting while we work. It’s not the kind of place where everyone sits in silence. We share snacks and complain about the heat when the AC is struggling. We don’t have any polished brochures or big marketing plans. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. We handle the paperwork and coordinate our projects from these desks. Sometimes things get a little chaotic, especially at the end of the month, but we always manage to sort it out. We know the local shops nearby where we get our stationery and coffee. It feels like a very normal way to earn a living. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do our jobs well and get home to our families. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of setup we have here.
