Gandhi Sales

Gandhi Sales is situated on Por Drive In Road near the Gurukul. It’s a decent spot with a fair amount of people passing by every hour. We handle sales of various things, mostly stuff people need for their homes or small businesses. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we stack the crates and boxes. Sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze in here. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper in a big register. It works for us and we haven't seen a reason to change. The weather gets quite hot on this road, so we keep the door open to catch whatever breeze there is. Sometimes a stray dog will come in to sit in the shade for a bit. We don't mind as long as they don't get in the way of the customers. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we know the other shopkeepers around Gurukul pretty well. We often trade change or help each other out with small things. It’s a good community to be a part of. We don't do any big advertising or anything fancy. Word of mouth is usually how people find us. We just show up, open the doors, and do our work until it’s time to go home. It’s a simple life.
