Front Office Assistant

We are located over at C/ 75 Nand Society on the Old Padra Road in Baroda. The pin code is 390020 if you are looking it up. Old Padra Road is one of those main arteries of the city so it’s always humming with activity. Nand Society is a bit of a relief from that because it’s set back just enough to be quieter. The office for Front Office Assistant is inside a regular house that’s been converted a bit. We have a small desk near the window where you can see the garden which has a few overgrown bushes and a very old tree. It’s not a professional-looking suite like you’d find in a mall but it’s comfortable. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computers. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all complain about it together while we wait for pages to load. We have a small water cooler in the corner that everyone gathers around. The floor is tiled and easy to clean which is good because we get a lot of dust coming in from the road. It’s just a handful of us here and we don’t really follow any strict corporate rules or anything. We just make sure the work is done and that someone is always there to answer the door. It’s a simple life at the office and it works for us.
