We are located right at the Fortune Hotel Galaxy in the G.I.D.C. area of Vapi. Our specific spot is connected with the Orchid Kitchen, and you can find us on National Highway Number 8. Vapi is an industrial town, so things around here are always moving. The roads are filled with trucks and workers most of the time. Being near the highway means we get a lot of people passing through. It’s a dusty part of Gujarat, but that’s just how industrial zones are. We work out of the hotel premises. It’s a big building, but our day-to-day is mostly centered around the kitchen and the service areas. Sharad Kumar is often around managing things on the ground. It’s not always glamorous work; there’s a lot of cleaning, prepping, and making sure the supplies arrive on time. The heat in Vapi can be pretty intense, so we try to keep things cool inside. We have a mix of staff, some who have been here for years and others who are just starting. It’s a practical setup. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up, do the shift, and make sure everything is running as it should. The G.I.D.C. patch is busy, and we are just one part of that large puzzle. It’s a lot of hard work, but we are used to the pace by now. We don't really have time for anything flashy, just the work that needs to be done.
