Fiesta Mexicana

You can find us at Hemalis, which is 1/2 Haribhakti Colony on Race Course Road. We are directly across from the Race Course Post Office in Vadodara. It’s a nice part of town, 390007, and very easy to find if you know where the post office is. Race Course Road is one of those places that everyone in Vadodara knows, so we get a lot of local foot traffic. The building is part of the old colony, so it has a bit of character that you don't find in the newer developments. We’ve been running Fiesta Mexicana here without much fuss for quite some time. The staff knows the regulars, and we often see the same faces every week. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the place is ready every morning. Sometimes the parking on the street can be a bit of a challenge, but people usually find a spot. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels like a community. The trees along the road give it a nice feel, even when the weather gets hot in the summer. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just show up, do the work, and hope people enjoy the food. It’s a straightforward business in a good location, and we’re happy to be a part of the daily life on Race Course Road. We keep things humble and just focus on our day-to-day operations.
