We are based on the 1st floor of 16, Pankaj Society, right by the Race Course Circle in Vadodara. Fcm Travel Solutions (I) Pvt Ltd is basically where we spend our days trying to figure out travel plans for people. It’s a lot of looking at screens and talking to airlines. The office gets pretty hectic, especially when there’s a holiday coming up or if a flight gets cancelled and we have to rebook everyone. We’ve got a bunch of computers and phones that never seem to stop ringing. The Race Course Circle area is always busy, so there’s plenty of noise coming in from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our space isn't huge, but we’ve squeezed in enough desks for everyone. Sometimes we have clients come in to pick up their tickets or talk about their trips, and we just clear a spot on the table for them. It’s a bit of a mess of papers and coffee mugs most of the time. We aren't trying to be the most polished office in Gujarat, we just want to get the job done right. It’s rewarding when someone actually gets to their destination without any trouble. We’ve been at this Pankaj Society address for a while and the location is really convenient for us and for the people we help. We keep a map on the wall that is starting to peel at the edges, but it’s still useful for a quick glance during a call.
