Exl- India

We’re located in the Jay Mahakali Society, right behind Swatik Society near Mahavir Hall. It’s a residential area in Vadodara, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time, except when the school nearby lets out and the kids are everywhere. Exl- India is a small operation here in this building. We have a few rooms set up with computers and some basic office furniture. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in the tech parks across town. We like being in the neighborhood because it’s easy to get to and we know the people living around us. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the Ajwa Road traffic is acting up, which happens a lot. We spend our day doing data work and various office tasks. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, to be honest. We have tea together in the morning and try to get through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour and we have to wait a bit, but we’re used to it. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big speeches for people. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and go home to our families in the evening. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. If you’re coming to find us, just look for A-2.
