You can find Exello India on R C Dutt Road, inside the Opal Square building. We are up on the third floor in suite 301. It’s a good location, and the building is easy to find, which helps when people come by for meetings. Inside, our space is pretty functional. We have some desks, a few cabinets for files, and a table where we can sit down and go over plans. We aren't much for decorations; we mostly just have maps or project schedules pinned to the walls. It’s a straightforward workplace where the focus is on getting things done. We deal with various industrial requirements, so there is usually a lot of paperwork and phone calls involved. We like to keep things informal. No one here is worried about titles or looking important. We’re just a team of people who know our business and work hard to keep everything moving. The windows in the office let in some good light, which is nice when you're stuck at a desk all day. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve learned that being clear and direct with people is the best way to operate. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound more complicated than we are. We’re just Exello India, doing our thing from Opal Square. The lobby of Opal Square is usually quiet, but our office stays pretty active with the sound of typing and phone calls. We don't go in for big presentations or anything like that. We just sit down with a cup of tea and talk through what needs to happen next. It feels more natural that way.
