Running things from the 5th floor of Girdhari Chamber in Rajmahal is quite the experience. Being a subsidiary of an American group, you might expect something different, but here in Jharkhand, it feels very local. The climb up to the office is part of the daily routine. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the street noise from below gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now.
